About Me

I am an illustrator living and working in the beautiful county town of Lewes, East Sussex. Originally from London I moved to Lewes in 2012 with my boyfriend and it's felt like home ever since. We now love country life and get a bit claustrophobic in crowded spaces.

I work mainly in watercolour and collage, mixing pattern with areas of flat colour to create intricate pictures with a hint of nostalgia. I am inspired by beautiful objects and interiors and can spend an entire afternoon searching for the right kind of vintage tea pot to add to a composition. My work is often centred around themes of childhood and cultural traditions.
